Wilson lately

Wilson has grown up over night, or so it seems. He is so funny! Everyday I can't wait to hear what he has new to say. Alot has gone on since Christmas!

We celebrated New Years with some of our closest friends.

Some of these stories are from months ago, but I have written them down so I could eventually add them to the blog. Here it goes...

One day Wilson and I were walking and we saw a dead squirrel. He said, Mommy, that squirrel is not working. I tried to walk fast by it because it's guts were laying out in the street. A little while later he said, Mommy, can you get that squirrel new batteries? What a smart child! Something doesn't work, get it new batteries!

After we found out that Baby Kate was a girl and had our family over to announce the sex, Wilson woke up the next morning looking under the table  and behind chairs for her. When we asked him what he was doing, he said, Where is my sister? Where did Baby Kate go? I had to explain that she is still in my tummy growing. He was one confused kiddo, but he is grasping the idea a little better now. I'm sure when April gets here, he will be equally confused as to why she is not still in my tummy.

We had to go to the doctor a few weeks ago because Wilson was sick. He was sittting up on the table ( its not really a table, but you know what I'm talking about) and looking in the mirror. All of the sudden, pointing to his eyes,  he said, Hey, Mama those look like blueberries.

Wilson LOVES school! He begs to go when he is sick. He begs to go on the weekends and he PITCHES a FIT when it is time to go. I am so glad he loves school and all of his friends. One afternoon I got through with work a little early, so he didn't have to stay in the late room. When I went to pick him up, he threw himself down on the ground and was balling crying. Parents and teachers both came running asking me, Is he ok? What's wrong with Wilson? What happened? My reply... Oh,he just wants to stay at school! Speaking of school, here are a few pictures from his Valentine's party.

Do these two look like trouble or what?

For the five of you that read my blog, I am going to try my best to be better about updating it. We have 9 weeks left until Baby Kate gets here and we have so much to do- not to mention life is busy and I would rather be doing other things than sit at my computer when I have free time. Until next time....
